PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This software and associated documentation files (the "Software") are proprietary to Pewrie Bontal ("Licensor") and are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, Licensor hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:

1. Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software
2. Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software
3. Redistribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party
4. Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Software
5. Use the Software for any commercial purpose without explicit written permission from Licensor
6. Use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Software contains proprietary and confidential information of Licensor. All right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein, remain with Licensor. This License does not grant you any rights to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, or any other rights in respect to the Software.

TERMINATION

This License is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this License. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

GOVERNING LAW

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the use of the Software.
